I was blessed to have been recommended Daniel from a friend. In a short period of time, my natural posture is better and I finally can walk without pain from an old injury. I went from not being able to walk up the stairs, to only using the stairs in my building without a thought about it. His enthusiasm and positive attitude was contagious and for the first time I was not dreading the gym. I never felt intimidated with him and he was a very clear and concise instructor with many varied exercises. He is the biggest supporter and really knows how to motivate you to make the gradual changes to improving your diet, exercise and health habits that will stick. I really appreciated the clear effort and consideration he put into every single meeting. He really cares about making you not just look better, but also to be a healthier person in a myriad of ways. It was a great experience having him as my trainer and I highly recommend Daniel to anyone who wants to make real changes in their life.
